*Whenever you FEEL HELPLESS by the poor service Nigerian Corporations OFFER – No worries, there is an AGENCY of Government that TAMES these MONSTERS of POOR SERVICE in Nigeria*

Nigerians, you have a RIGHT TO QUALITY SERVICE, It is BACKED by Law and there is a Government Agency that ensures your rights are protected, it is even more important to know that they have a technological means via which consumers can report erring companies and businesses in Nigeria, kindly go to your APP store and download their *APP called: FCCPC APP.*

This Government Agency that works to protect CONSUMERS rights is called *The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC)* – They are the foremost competition and consumer protection authority in Nigeria. They were formerly known as Consumer Protection Council (CPC)

The Commission was established by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018 to, among others, develop and promote fair, efficient and competitive markets in the Nigerian economy, facilitate access by all citizens to safe products, and secure the protection of rights for all consumers in Nigeria. FCCPC currently has offices in Abuja, Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Awka, Osogbo, Minna, Bauchi, Katsina and Kano.

Great Commendations have followed their activities in so many cities particularly in Lagos State where retail multinationals seem to have a disposition for misbehaving and disrespecting their customers.

If you happen to have any issue as per a product or service from any medium or large company, no need fighting them, just take pictures of the shop or office, upload your complaint alongside what has happened and if it is a product, upload an image also. Once this is done, the commission will take up your case with that business and you will see the way and manner they would come running back to you. There are boundless testimonies and report says they have an effective and proactive Director-General who acts as the Administrative and Operational Head of the Commission.

The Nigerian Global Affairs Council (NIGAC) gives kudos to these AGENCY and we hope that they take severe LEGAL repercussions for companies in Nigeria that intentionally refuse to offer QUALITY SERVICES. They are empowered by the enabling ACT that created them.

*Kindly note that you complain about how effective they will be, try them FIRST*
